Available Discounts:
Children under 5 years are FREE unless specified.
Children 5-9 years receive 50% off adult rates.
Children 10-17 receive 50% off adult rates when participating with family adults.

Less 5% - Groups over 100 equivalent full-time adults.
Less 10% - Groups over 125 equivalent full-time adults.
Less 15% - Groups over 150 equivalent full-time adults.
Less 20% - Groups over 200 equivalent full-time adults.


Reservation Policy:

Deposit of 10% minimum costs is required to confirm reservation.

Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 6 months in advance of date. Groups cancelling less than 3 month prior to reservation dates will be charged 50% of minimum costs.

Minimum of 80 full-time participants (excluding free children) will be charged for groups requesting exclusive use of lodge (both dorms).

Groups less than 80 participants may need to share lodge facilities with another group. Use of one dorm only.

Minimum of 50 full-time participants is charged for primary reservation requesting lodge facilities. Groups less than 50 may secure reservation only when sharing with a scheduled primary group.

Minimum of 6 rooms and/or 20 persons is required for groups reserving the Mountain View Suites.
